2、法:對適應明暗交替環(huán)境的C57BL/6小鼠進行Lewis肺癌造模,按隨機數(shù)字表法分成6組,遣模成功5d后開始按不同時辰給予扶正祛邪抗癌方和化療藥,給藥2周后同時處死并采取血液等樣本檢測相關指標。結果:與化療組比較,各時辰用藥組白細胞和紅細胞以及骨髓有核細胞計數(shù)出現(xiàn)一定回升(P<0.05),時辰用藥組間比較,亥時組白細胞計數(shù)以及骨髓有核細胞計數(shù)回升明顯(P<0.05),而各時辰組紅細胞回升差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:扶正祛邪抗癌方可改善Lewis肺癌小鼠化療引起的骨髓抑制,擇時服用該藥對骨髓抑制的恢復亦不盡相同,亥時用藥對
