1、2014年3月護(hù)理管理雜志Mar.20l4·l58-第l4卷3期JournalofNursingAdministrationVo1.14NO.3職業(yè)壓力程度對護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)的影響研究廖雨風(fēng)一,劉義蘭,彭笑【摘要】目的調(diào)查護(hù)士職業(yè)壓力程度與人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀并分析其相關(guān)性。方法采用護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)量表和護(hù)士職、壓力源量表對354名護(hù)士進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)總均分為(4.21±0.53)分,各維度得分均高于常模(P<0.01或P<0.05);護(hù)士職業(yè)壓力源總均分為(3.43+-0.69)分;護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)與其職業(yè)壓力呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P<0.O1);護(hù)士職業(yè)壓力能

6、umanis—ticcarequalityandjohstressarecloselylinked.RelievingvlursesjobstresswillhelptoimprovenurseshumanisticeaYequality.【Keywords】nurses;humanisticcarequality;jobstress護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)是指護(hù)士經(jīng)過特定文化教育形成的帶年齡、工作年限、職稱、學(xué)歷、聘用方式、婚姻狀況等。②護(hù)士人有穩(wěn)定性傾向、能夠通過護(hù)理人文關(guān)懷行為體現(xiàn)出來的內(nèi)在專文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)量表:包括人文關(guān)懷理念、人文關(guān)懷知識、人文關(guān)業(yè)稟性或特征?,包含關(guān)懷
7、理念、知識、能力和感知4個(gè)維度,懷能力、人文關(guān)懷感知4個(gè)維度,共29個(gè)條目。量表選項(xiàng)從護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)直接影響其對患者的關(guān)懷護(hù)理質(zhì)量。研究“不贊同”到“贊同”分為5級,分別賦值1~5分,得分越高提示汪實(shí),通過人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理,可有效改善護(hù)患關(guān)系,提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量護(hù)士人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)越好。在本研究中,該量表的Cronbachd和患者滿意度。護(hù)士作為人文關(guān)懷的實(shí)施者,由于其職業(yè)的系數(shù)為0.954,各維度的CronbachgOL系數(shù)為0.839~0.881。并高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、頻繁輪班等特性,普遍感知職業(yè)壓力較將各維度得分與常模比較。③護(hù)士職業(yè)壓力源量表:采用李大,
