1、·16·PJCCPVDJune20l3。V0l。21No.6·課題研究·卡巴膽堿對燒傷大鼠延遲復(fù)蘇時(shí)補(bǔ)液量及臟器血流量的影響王瑞剛,張曼,程愛斌,李丹,王悅霞,劉穎,鄭志芳,王媛媛,王大力【摘要】目的研究卡巴膽堿對燙傷休克大鼠延遲復(fù)蘇時(shí)補(bǔ)液量及臟器血流量的影響。方法將32只Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為假燒傷組(A組)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組(B組)、對照組(C組)和卡巴膽堿組(D組),B、C、D組大鼠制備30%體表面積Ⅲ。燙傷燒傷模型。C組傷后半小時(shí)經(jīng)口給予卡巴膽堿。燙傷后大鼠首先暴露頸靜脈、動(dòng)脈并切開插入無菌硅膠管,以微蠕動(dòng)泵
2、控制輸入乳酸鈉林格氏液,A組和D組按B組劑量或速度的1/2給予。A組只剪毛、行頸靜脈、動(dòng)脈切開插管,但不燙傷及補(bǔ)液。記錄補(bǔ)液開始后0、1、2、4h各組的平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、心率(HR)、血細(xì)胞比客(Hct);測定肝、腎、腸組織血流量。結(jié)果D組2h、4h后可明顯降低HR,提高M(jìn)AP,改善燒傷休克大鼠早期各臟器的血流量。結(jié)論卡巴膽堿能改善燒傷休克大鼠早期臟器的血流量,減少補(bǔ)液量需求,有助于燒傷后休克及并發(fā)癥的防治?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】卡巴膽堿;燙傷休克;補(bǔ)液量;大鼠【中圖分類號】R644【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章編號】100
