1、·788·中國熱帶醫(yī)學(xué)2014年第14卷第07期ChinaTropicalMedicine,July2014,Vo1.14,No.07-論著·巴西莓對(duì)大鼠酒精性肝損傷保護(hù)作用的研究屈勝勝,張建軍,王淳,李艷霞,楊旭,王林元北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué),北京100029摘要:目的研究巴西莓對(duì)大鼠慢性酒精性肝損傷的保護(hù)作用及機(jī)制。方法Wistar大鼠適應(yīng)性喂養(yǎng)一周后隨機(jī)分為空白組,模型組,東寶肝泰組,巴西莓1.6g/kg、0.8g/ks、0.4g/kg~.個(gè)劑量組,除空白組給蒸餾水外,其余各組均用56%-鍋頭白酒灌胃,用量為
2、第一周O.8mL/100g,以后每周增加O.1mL,直至增加至1.5mL/100g,連續(xù)灌胃8周,建立大鼠慢性酒精性肝損傷模型,觀察巴西莓凍干粉對(duì)大鼠慢性酒精性肝損傷血清TG、CHO,肝細(xì)胞病理改變及II,.8,NF—KB,Nrf-2等的影響。結(jié)果巴西莓可以降低血清TG、CHO、II,_8(P<0.01),下調(diào)肝臟NF—KB(RO.01),上調(diào)Nrf-2mRNA(R0.05)表達(dá)。病理切片可見模型組的肝細(xì)胞腫脹,可見大小不等的脂肪空泡,局部處可見點(diǎn)狀壞死和炎性細(xì)胞浸潤,陽性藥及巴西莓各劑量對(duì)大鼠肝臟病理改變
