2、積和質(zhì)量、抑瘤率以及進(jìn)行組織病理學(xué)觀察，初步評(píng)價(jià)CKBM的抗腫瘤療效。結(jié)果人肝癌組織裸鼠移植瘤保持了人肝癌組織特性，并能通過同體移植傳代；觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)CKBM對(duì)人肝癌荷瘤裸鼠的抑瘤率達(dá)45．71％，對(duì)癌細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)有一定的抑制作用。結(jié)論在成功建立人肝癌組織裸鼠移植瘤模型基礎(chǔ)上，觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)CKBM具有一定的抗腫瘤療效。關(guān)鍵詞：肝癌；裸鼠；移植瘤；動(dòng)物模型；抑瘤率中圖分類號(hào)：R285．5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼：A文章編號(hào)：0253—2670(2014)03．0398．05DoI：10．7501~．issn．0253—2670．2014．03．018Establishmentandapplicationofimpla
