2、積和質(zhì)量、抑瘤率以及進(jìn)行組織病理學(xué)觀察,初步評(píng)價(jià)CKBM的抗腫瘤療效。結(jié)果人肝癌組織裸鼠移植瘤保持了人肝癌組織特性,并能通過同體移植傳代;觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)CKBM對(duì)人肝癌荷瘤裸鼠的抑瘤率達(dá)45.71%,對(duì)癌細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)有一定的抑制作用。結(jié)論在成功建立人肝癌組織裸鼠移植瘤模型基礎(chǔ)上,觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)CKBM具有一定的抗腫瘤療效。關(guān)鍵詞:肝癌;裸鼠;移植瘤;動(dòng)物模型;抑瘤率中圖分類號(hào):R285.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):0253—2670(2014)03.0398.05DoI:10.7501~.issn.0253—2670.2014.03.018Establishmentandapplicationofimpla
