2、100名正常入作為超聲造影對(duì)照，比較肝硬化門靜脈胃底靜脈曲張患者(觀察組)和正常人(對(duì)照組)超聲造影結(jié)果。結(jié)果：100例肝硬化門靜脈患者中有50例經(jīng)胃鏡確診為胃底靜脈曲張?？诜改c超聲造影診斷胃底靜脈曲張的敏感性、準(zhǔn)確率分別為90％和95％；觀察組食管底靜脈外徑、胃底黏膜厚度均大于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)；觀察組始動(dòng)時(shí)間、高峰時(shí)間均長于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)結(jié)論：口服胃腸超聲造影是胃底靜脈曲張?jiān)\斷的一種簡便方法，具有較高的臨床價(jià)值，值得推廣使用。【關(guān)鍵詞】胃腸檢查；超聲造影；
