1、2013年第27卷第6期作物研究529湖南濃香型產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉的香氣特性周清明,鄧小華,趙松義,陽蓉,肖春生。,彭曙光,胡日生,黎娟(1湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學,長沙410128;2湖南省煙草專賣局,長沙410004)摘要:為明確湖南濃香型產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉香氣特性評價指標的區(qū)域特征和空間分布特征,對來自湖南煙區(qū)的44個煙葉樣品進行感官評價。結(jié)果表明:①湖南濃香型產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉香氣質(zhì)尚好至較好,香氣量尚足至較足,香氣尚透發(fā)至較透發(fā),微有枯焦氣和木質(zhì)氣;②不同地區(qū)之間香氣質(zhì)差異顯著,香氣量、透發(fā)性、枯焦氣和木質(zhì)氣則無統(tǒng)計學差異;③香氣質(zhì)呈從東南部向西北部遞減的趨勢分布,香氣量呈從南部向北部遞減的趨勢分布,透發(fā)性呈
