2、樹葉粉,分別測定生產(chǎn)性能、屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及對營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率。結(jié)果顯示,與對照組相比,試驗組平均日增體質(zhì)量降低了2.069/6,平均日采食量提高了0.78,料重比提高了2.89,差異均不顯著;背膘厚度顯著降低28.57,眼肌面積顯著提高9.96;肌內(nèi)脂肪含量、谷氨酸鈉含量分別顯著提高2O.4O、13.62;粗蛋白、干物質(zhì)、鈣及總能的表觀消化利用率分別顯著降低5.O1、5.61、15.27、5.72,磷的表觀消化率顯著提高了10.90。可見,添加適量構(gòu)樹葉粉,不影響育肥豬生產(chǎn)性能,可改善肉品質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞:構(gòu)樹
