2、kmb和ctni血清含量均明顯高于空白組和假手術(shù)組(f=48.72~351.07,q=0.25~41.65,p<0.01);而血脂康預(yù)處理組上述指標(biāo)除il4外均低于缺血再灌注損傷組(q=0.35~32.65,p<0.05),且血脂康預(yù)處理組大鼠心肌梗死面積小于缺血再灌注損傷組(f=231.26,q=17.21,p<0.05)。.結(jié)論血脂康能抑制促炎因子il1β、il8、tnfα的生成,并增加抗炎因子il4生成,減輕心肌缺血再灌注損傷,對(duì)缺血再灌注損傷具有明顯的保護(hù)作用?!娟P(guān)鍵
