4、es.Keywords:animalwordsculturalconnotationsimilaritiesanddifferencesassociation14-摘要語言是文化的載體，動物詞在英漢語當中有很廣泛的應用。英漢兩種文化的異同同樣也反映在所使用的文化動物詞中，并分析動物詞語的豐富的文化內(nèi)涵，并對動物詞在英漢語中的異同進行了闡述和對比。在不同的文化背景下，動物詞有不同的聯(lián)想意義。英漢語中相同的動物詞意義相同，內(nèi)涵相同，相反或不對應等等；不同的動物詞，內(nèi)涵相似。本文就從傳統(tǒng)文化，審美觀念，思維方式等幾個原因分別進行探討，搞清這些異同有助人們順利進行跨文化交際，增進
