1、南昌大學碩士學位論文右美托咪定對老年大鼠術后認知功能與海馬去甲腎上腺素含量的影響姓名:郭蓮申請學位級別:碩士專業(yè):麻醉學指導教師:徐國海201206摘要目的:觀察右美托咪定對老年大鼠術后認知功能的影響,通過檢測海馬內去甲腎上腺素含量的變化來探討兩者之間的聯系,為l臨床用藥提供一定的參考。方法:將48只SD老年大鼠隨機均分為2大組,對照組(N組)和右美托咪定組(D組),每組24只,建立腹部探查手術模型,右美托咪定組老年大鼠于腹腔麻醉后經尾靜脈持續(xù)輸注右美托咪定10p.g/kg.h.11小時,對照組實施等體積的生理鹽水。然后各大組
