2、快,帶來科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展,企業(yè)也面臨著越來越激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。在這樣的背景下,企業(yè)就必須在保持快速的應(yīng)變能力的同時(shí),不斷提高自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并持續(xù)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力才能保證持續(xù)的發(fā)展甚至生存。對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)而言,是否能夠有效解決企業(yè)成員與組織的關(guān)系就成為企業(yè)是否能夠提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。雖然歷年來團(tuán)隊(duì)成員特質(zhì)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)作以及團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響就是針對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)的研究重點(diǎn),但這些研究主要集中于外部顯性的變量如人口背景統(tǒng)計(jì),直到近年來才開始有部分研究對(duì)內(nèi)部隱性的相關(guān)變項(xiàng)進(jìn)行探討。本研究主要圍繞“大五”人格特質(zhì)中團(tuán)隊(duì)成員責(zé)任心差異與團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討,并通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析驗(yàn)證團(tuán)
3、隊(duì)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型沖突在關(guān)系中所起到的中介作用。通過回顧已有的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果,筆者提出此次研究的框架,然后采用眾多外學(xué)者已使過用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量表制作測(cè)量問卷進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。問卷對(duì)55個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行了發(fā)放,回收后共獲得48個(gè)有效萬方數(shù)據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)樣本,最后對(duì)這48個(gè)有效樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員責(zé)任心差異與團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效之間存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;(2)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員責(zé)任心差異與團(tuán)隊(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型沖突之間存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(3)盡管團(tuán)隊(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型沖突同團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效之間存在著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,但它不是團(tuán)隊(duì)成員責(zé)任心差異與團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效之間關(guān)系的中介變量。本文的研究過程與結(jié)論不僅豐富了團(tuán)隊(duì)成員性格
