3、合動(dòng)力的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要描述。在現(xiàn)有機(jī)械變速箱的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)傳動(dòng),確立了總體布置和具體的部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和選型,并結(jié)合整車進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)力匹配計(jì)算,以飛思卡爾公司MC9S12XEQ512芯片為核心設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建了硬件平臺(tái),對(duì)混合動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的控制策略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。考慮到輪式車輛傳動(dòng)對(duì)抗電磁干擾的國(guó)軍標(biāo)要求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的抗電磁干擾進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,為適應(yīng)輪式車輛動(dòng)力艙較為封閉的特殊環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)了混合動(dòng)力的散熱系統(tǒng)。通過分析計(jì)算,該混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)克服了傳統(tǒng)混合動(dòng)力變速箱動(dòng)力中斷、換擋慣量大等固有缺陷,同時(shí)合理利用了現(xiàn)有輪式車輛空間,能夠滿足輪式車輛的需求。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞
