1、中國(guó)修復(fù)重建外科雜志2008年2月第22卷第2期·145·組織工程骨膜異體體內(nèi)成骨修復(fù)兔骨缺損的初步觀察123311趙琳史志勇周晟賈有福劉佳王軍勝【摘?要】目的探討以兔BMSCs和豬SIS復(fù)合構(gòu)建的組織工程骨膜,在異體兔體內(nèi)成骨的可行性。方法取新西蘭大白兔BMSCs與SIS復(fù)合構(gòu)建組織工程骨膜。選2月齡新西蘭大白兔12只,制備雙側(cè)橈骨1.5~2.0cm缺損模型。隨機(jī)選一側(cè)植入組織工程骨膜,作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組;另一側(cè)僅植入單純SIS,作為對(duì)照組。術(shù)后觀察動(dòng)物一般情況,4周后攝X線片觀察,取骨缺損中段標(biāo)本行HE及Masson染色觀察。結(jié)果
2、兩組動(dòng)物術(shù)后飲食及日常活動(dòng)基本正常;傷口無紅腫、溢膿等;傷肢基本能負(fù)重行走。X線片觀察:實(shí)驗(yàn)組骨缺損處有長(zhǎng)條狀新生骨形成,密度與正常骨相同,新生骨橋接骨缺損;對(duì)照組骨缺損無骨形成征象,骨缺損處密度與周圍軟組織影相近。組織學(xué)觀察:實(shí)驗(yàn)組骨缺損處有新骨形成,骨組織中可見血管腔及不規(guī)則髓腔樣結(jié)構(gòu);未見明顯異物巨噬細(xì)胞及淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)征象;對(duì)照組骨缺損處僅為膠原瘢痕組織,無骨組織形成。結(jié)論以SIS和BMSCs構(gòu)建的組織工程骨膜在同種異體體內(nèi)可以成骨,有修復(fù)骨缺損的可行性?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】??組織工程骨膜??BMSCs??SIS??骨缺損兔中圖
