5、exclusivelytothatParty.2.Stoppageofanoperation:Formalprohibitionagainstashiptocontinueanoperationduetoidentifieddeficiencies,whichsinglyortogether,renderthecontinuationofsuchoperationhazardous.3.Substandardship:Ashipwhosehull,machinery,equipment,oroperationalsafetyissubstantiallybelowthest
