1、·496·2013年第27卷第6期總第128硼替佐米聯(lián)合化療藥物對肝癌、結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞的抑制作用研究褚艷杰劉冰熔【摘要】目的探索亞砷酸對肝癌細(xì)胞和結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞的作用；研究硼替佐米對腫瘤細(xì)胞化療效果的效應(yīng)，初篩提高化療效果的硼替佐米與常用化療藥物的最佳組合方案。方法Mrr法檢測細(xì)胞的增殖情況，確定各藥物的Ic(半數(shù)抑制濃度)；硼替佐米作用腫瘤細(xì)胞系2h、4h、8h后加入化療藥物，進(jìn)行MTT法、TUNEL法和AnnexinV—PI法檢測細(xì)胞的增殖和凋亡情況。結(jié)果亞砷酸對BEL一7402和HT一29的24h抑制率分別為0．59±0．09、0．71±0．12；氟尿嘧啶
2、、奧沙利鉑、亞砷酸(mg／L)作用肝癌細(xì)胞BEL一7402的Ic分別為：5．33±0．07、28．734-0．72、25．934-4．05，而結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞HT一29的Ic50分別為：7．334-1．13、53．94±1．23、21．934-2．05。聯(lián)合應(yīng)用硼替佐米后，腫瘤細(xì)胞抑制率及凋亡率提高。結(jié)論亞砷酸對腫瘤細(xì)胞生長存在明顯抑制作用；聯(lián)合應(yīng)用硼替佐米與單藥抑制率比較，可以顯著增強(qiáng)腫瘤細(xì)胞對藥物的敏感性，提高腫瘤治療的效果?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】硼替佐米；亞砷酸；化療；耐藥【中圖分類號】R735．7【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】Adoi：10．3969／j．issn．1002—30
