1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)課題名稱超聲強(qiáng)化堿法從槐米中提取蘆丁的工藝研究16超聲強(qiáng)化堿法從槐米中提取蘆丁的工藝研究摘要本文目的是采用超聲波強(qiáng)化堿法取法,以得出超聲波提取槐米中蘆丁的最佳條件。方法是針對提取PH值、超聲波處理時(shí)間、提取功率和料液比等四個(gè)因素進(jìn)行研究,并在單因素的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行正交實(shí)驗(yàn),用30%乙醇進(jìn)行浸取方法處理樣品提取蘆丁,用紫外分光光度法確定蘆丁在波長400-600nm之間的最大吸收波長,并用分光光度法測定蘆丁的含量。結(jié)果表明影響槐花中蘆丁提取率的因素大小為:D>A>B>C,最佳工藝組合是料液比1:60、
2、PH=10、t=7min、P=300W,即料液比對蘆丁提取率的影響最大,PH值對蘆丁提取率的影響次之,超聲波處理時(shí)間影響小一些,提取功率影響最小,當(dāng)料液比為1:60時(shí),PH值為10,超聲波處理時(shí)間為7min,超聲波工作功率為300W的時(shí)候,為最佳提取蘆丁工藝條件。關(guān)鍵詞:超聲波;蘆??;槐米;提取;超聲波細(xì)胞粉碎機(jī)16Abstract:Thepurposeofthispaperistheuseofultrasonicsodaemulated,inordertoarriveattheoptimalconditio
