1、沈陽理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文摘要轎車的設(shè)計與生產(chǎn)涉及到了很多的領(lǐng)域,其安全性、經(jīng)濟性、動力性的相關(guān)指標(biāo),對設(shè)計提出了較高要求。轎車制動系統(tǒng)是轎車正常行駛的重要主動安全系統(tǒng),其性能的好壞對轎車的正常行駛安全有著重要影響。伴隨著轎車行駛速度和路面復(fù)雜程度的變化,迫切需要更高性能的制動器。由于制動系統(tǒng)的重要性,本次設(shè)計的主要目的是轎車制動器的結(jié)構(gòu)類型設(shè)計。本文從制動系統(tǒng)的作用和設(shè)計的要求出發(fā),對各種樣式制動器的優(yōu)缺點進行了比較,并依據(jù)已給的設(shè)計參數(shù),進行方案分析驗證及校核。得出,轎車的前后輪均采用浮鉗盤式制動器。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了真空助力式伺服制動系統(tǒng)和雙管路系統(tǒng),選用了間隙自

4、nddisadvantagesofvariousstylesofbrakearecompared,basedonthefunctionanddesignrequirementsofthebrakingsystem,andthedesignparametersaregiven.Itisconcludedthatthefloatingcaliperdiscbrakeisusedinthefrontandbackwheelsofthecar.Onthisbasis,theselectionofvacuumassistedbrakeservosystemanddualsyst
