1、沈陽(yáng)理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文摘要轎車(chē)的設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)涉及到了很多的領(lǐng)域,其安全性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、動(dòng)力性的相關(guān)指標(biāo),對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)提出了較高要求。轎車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是轎車(chē)正常行駛的重要主動(dòng)安全系統(tǒng),其性能的好壞對(duì)轎車(chē)的正常行駛安全有著重要影響。伴隨著轎車(chē)行駛速度和路面復(fù)雜程度的變化,迫切需要更高性能的制動(dòng)器。由于制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的重要性,本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要目的是轎車(chē)制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型設(shè)計(jì)。本文從制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的作用和設(shè)計(jì)的要求出發(fā),對(duì)各種樣式制動(dòng)器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較,并依據(jù)已給的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),進(jìn)行方案分析驗(yàn)證及校核。得出,轎車(chē)的前后輪均采用浮鉗盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器
2、。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了真空助力式伺服制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和雙管路系統(tǒng),選用了間隙自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)裝置。依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算出的數(shù)據(jù),分別用AUTOCAD和CATIA軟件繪制出了該制動(dòng)器的二維圖和三維建模。關(guān)鍵詞:制動(dòng)器;設(shè)計(jì);建模69沈陽(yáng)理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACTThedesignandproductionofcarsinvolvedalotoffields,thesafety,economyandpoweroftherelevantindicators,thedesignofahigherdemand.Carbrak
