1、異氟烷對大鼠急性脊髓損傷后神經(jīng)源性肺水腫的影響作者:張劭博,紀(jì)瑞華,鄒最,石學(xué)銀,林慶錄【摘要】[目的]探討吸入異氟烷的大鼠急性脊髓損傷過程中血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化及損傷后肺組織的病理改變。[方法]成年雄性SD大鼠60只,體重280~330g,隨機(jī)分為水合氯醛組、1.5%異氟烷組和3%異氟烷組。在T8水平球囊擴(kuò)張?jiān)斐杉顾鑹浩?,術(shù)中監(jiān)測大鼠的血壓、心率,壓迫結(jié)束10min后處死大鼠,取肺組織稱濕、干重,計(jì)算濕干重之比;通過大體解剖和光學(xué)顯微鏡觀察肺組織的病理變化。[結(jié)果]所有進(jìn)行脊髓壓迫的大鼠血壓均高于術(shù)前基礎(chǔ)值(P<0.05),心率均低于術(shù)前基礎(chǔ)值(P<0.05),1.
2、5%異氟烷組在脊髓壓迫過程中的血壓上升明顯高于水合氯醛組和3%異氟烷組(P<0.05),心率較基礎(chǔ)值下降則大于水合氯醛組和3%異氟烷組(P<0.05),水合氯醛組與3%異氟烷組的血壓、心率變化差異不顯著(P>0.05);1.5%異氟烷組大鼠肺水腫程度較重,肺的濕干重之比較水合氯醛組、3%異氟烷組高,有顯著差異(P<0.05),水合氯醛組與3%異氟烷組差異不顯著(P>0.05)。[結(jié)論]使用1.5%異氟烷麻醉的大鼠急性脊髓損傷后肺水腫的發(fā)生速度快、嚴(yán)重程度高,可能與難以抑制交感神經(jīng)的過度興奮有關(guān),因此在臨床上應(yīng)盡量避免單純長時(shí)間吸入1.5%異氟烷
