1、萬方數據·1854·丹參對大鼠肝缺血后再灌注損傷的保護作用葉輝付曉光陸航毛東【摘要】目的通過檢測丹參對大鼠肝缺血再灌注損傷后核因子·KappaB(NF-zB)、細胞間黏附因子一1(ICAM-1)表達的影響,觀察丹參對大鼠肝缺血后再灌注損傷的保護作用。方法按Nauta等方法制備大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注模型,隨機分為3組:假手術組(s組)、缺血再灌注組(I/R組)、丹參預處理組(P組),分別于肝缺血再灌后2、8、24h取材,用免疫組化方法檢測肝組織NF-KB、ICAM-1的表達,測肝組織中髓過氧化酶(MPO)濃度評價肝組織中中性粒細胞浸潤情況
