1、試論中西飲食文化差異對(duì)中國(guó)菜名英譯的影響ABriefReviewonHowChineseandWesternCateringCulturalDifferencesInfluencetheTranslationofChineseCuisine摘要本文簡(jiǎn)要闡述了中西飲食文化差異對(duì)中國(guó)菜名英譯的影響。文中筆者通過(guò)分析中西方國(guó)家飲食文化差異,試圖發(fā)掘目前中國(guó)菜名英譯存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合實(shí)例歸納總結(jié)中式菜肴名稱的翻譯原則,方法和技巧。論文以飲食文化差異為切入點(diǎn),分析探討飲食文化差異和菜名翻譯有機(jī)結(jié)合的問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為在現(xiàn)代化的中國(guó),
