1、試論中西飲食文化差異對中國菜名英譯的影響ABriefReviewonHowChineseandWesternCateringCulturalDifferencesInfluencetheTranslationofChineseCuisine摘要本文簡要闡述了中西飲食文化差異對中國菜名英譯的影響。文中筆者通過分析中西方國家飲食文化差異，試圖發(fā)掘目前中國菜名英譯存在的問題，并結(jié)合實(shí)例歸納總結(jié)中式菜肴名稱的翻譯原則，方法和技巧。論文以飲食文化差異為切入點(diǎn)，分析探討飲食文化差異和菜名翻譯有機(jī)結(jié)合的問題，認(rèn)為在現(xiàn)代化的中國，翻譯者應(yīng)該借鑒飲食文化差異促進(jìn)提高菜名英譯的
