1、試論中西飲食文化差異對中國菜名英譯的影響ABriefReviewonHowChineseandWesternCateringCulturalDifferencesInfluencetheTranslationofChineseCuisine摘要本文簡要闡述了中西飲食文化差異對中國菜名英譯的影響。文中筆者通過分析中西方國家飲食文化差異,試圖發(fā)掘目前中國菜名英譯存在的問題,并結(jié)合實(shí)例歸納總結(jié)中式菜肴名稱的翻譯原則,方法和技巧。論文以飲食文化差異為切入點(diǎn),分析探討飲食文化差異和菜名翻譯有機(jī)結(jié)合的問題,認(rèn)為在現(xiàn)代化的中國,翻譯者應(yīng)該借鑒飲食文化差異促進(jìn)提高菜名英譯的

2、質(zhì)量。筆者認(rèn)為菜名英譯是飲食文化差異的體現(xiàn)。菜名的翻譯質(zhì)量直接影響到進(jìn)入全球市場的中國飲食工業(yè)。正確的翻譯可以縮小跨文化交際中的障礙。關(guān)鍵詞:飲食文化差異;跨文化交際;中式菜肴;翻譯原則;影響;AbstractThisarticlebrieflypresentshowtheChineseandwesterncateringculturaldifferencesinfluencethetranslationofChinesecuisine.ThroughananalysisoffoodculturaldifferencesbetweenChineseandwe
