1、布魯氏菌S2WboA基因缺失株的構(gòu)建及免疫效果摘要：【目的】WboA基因編碼光滑型布魯氏菌脂多糖（LPS）O－側(cè)鏈合成必須的糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶，該基因的缺失或破壞會(huì)影響布魯氏菌光滑型表型的形成。本研究擬構(gòu)建WboA基因缺失的重組粗糙型布魯氏菌，以使布魯氏菌弱毒疫苗與野毒株布魯氏菌感染相區(qū)分?！痉椒ā恳载i源光滑型布魯氏菌S2株為研究對(duì)象，通過同源重組將氯霉素抗性基因（Cmr）完全替代S2株的WboA基因，獲得重組粗糙型布魯氏菌rS2-WboA株。【結(jié)果】rS2-WboA株在適宜的培養(yǎng)基（TSA）上傳50代后仍保持對(duì)氯霉素的抗性。用1×107CFUrS2-WboA免疫Balb/c小鼠和豚鼠，1個(gè)
