1、VSD治療骨科創(chuàng)傷及感染創(chuàng)面的臨床治療分析李東風(fēng)王書沛李先啟(江蘇省徐州市礦山醫(yī)院骨科江蘇徐州221006)【中圖分類號】R683[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章編號】1672-5085(2012)20-0007-02【摘要】目的分析封閉式負(fù)壓吸引技術(shù)與常規(guī)引流技術(shù)在治療骨科創(chuàng)傷感染的臨床療效。方法60例患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，治療組與對照組,兩組患者治療前全部實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)的清創(chuàng)術(shù)，治療組采用VSD技術(shù)，將創(chuàng)面用敷料覆，1周左右時間后將VSD敷料取出，肓到患者傷口處肉芽豐滿，可以進(jìn)行創(chuàng)面植皮為止，對原有創(chuàng)面進(jìn)行病原學(xué)檢查。對照組，根據(jù)創(chuàng)面情況每隔1-2天進(jìn)行一次更換敷料，對于創(chuàng)面較
2、大患者實(shí)施引流條，并配合敏感抗生素的使用，每周進(jìn)行1次病原學(xué)檢查，直到傷口處肉芽豐滿后進(jìn)行創(chuàng)面植皮消滅創(chuàng)面或肓接縫合。對兩組患者總療效和愈合時間進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果治療組20例治愈(66.7%),8例顯效(26.7%),總有效率93.3%,與對照組治愈13例(43.3%)、顯效11例(36.7%),總有效率80%相比,治愈率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療組平均傷口愈合時間明顯縮短，與對照組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論VSD是治療骨科創(chuàng)傷及感染性創(chuàng)面很好治療技術(shù)，其效果較傳統(tǒng)的換藥及引流技術(shù)有著明顯的優(yōu)勢，值得推廣。[Abstract]objective
