1、基于層次分析法林業(yè)院校就業(yè)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建及評(píng)價(jià)研究張保蘭胡萬波傅曉鵬王芳但文麗西南林業(yè)大學(xué)摘要:通過對(duì)林業(yè)院校畢業(yè)生的座談、訪談和問卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用層次分析法,對(duì)林業(yè)院校就業(yè)質(zhì)量涉及的政府、學(xué)校、用人單位和畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行分析,選取了畢業(yè)生主觀愿望、用人單位滿意度、學(xué)校、政府綜合指標(biāo)和特色指標(biāo)4項(xiàng)作為目標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)的二級(jí)指標(biāo),選取了工作崗位、薪酬福利、就業(yè)滿意度、林科類畢業(yè)生在林業(yè)行業(yè)就業(yè)比例等15項(xiàng)作為方案層的三級(jí)指標(biāo),選取專業(yè)對(duì)口度、行業(yè)發(fā)展前景、人際溝通等30項(xiàng)作為方案層的四級(jí)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建林業(yè)院校就業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型。通過賦值與權(quán)重計(jì)算,對(duì)林業(yè)院校就業(yè)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果
2、表明:二、三級(jí)指標(biāo)中,畢業(yè)生主觀愿望和就業(yè)滿意度所占權(quán)重最高,說明畢業(yè)生主觀愿望是提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量的核心,其高低在于畢業(yè)牛自己的感受,而非外界因素所決定;四級(jí)指標(biāo)中,最重要的前五項(xiàng)指標(biāo)為工作崗位、發(fā)展空間、人際溝通、工資水平和晉升機(jī)會(huì)。工作崗位和發(fā)展空間權(quán)重高說明畢業(yè)生在求職時(shí)重點(diǎn)考慮的人職匹配和未來職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展將是提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,而就業(yè)率是提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:林業(yè)院校;就業(yè)質(zhì)量;評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo);體系;層次分析法;作者簡介:張保蘭(1974—),女,講師,碩士,主要從事職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育、就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作。Email:40745237l@qq.com。收稿日期
