2、oringofSalmonella.2.PreliminaryapplicationofthePCRassayforthedifferenttypesofsamplesFromJuly2008toJanuary2009,1082samplesofanusswab,liverandeggsfromavian,466samplesofanUSmop,meatandlymphnodefromswine,58watersamplesfrompoolandenvironmentinYangzhouregionweredetectedbythePCRassay,andSalmonella
3、Wasisolatedfromthepositivesamples.Resultsshowedthat:therewere41positivesoutofaviansamples,15positivesofswinesamples,2positivesoutofwatersamples.Wetotallygained58isolatesofSalmonella.ThePCRmethodWasverifiedbyabundancesamples,whichindicatedthatitWassuitablefordetectionofsamplesfromavian,swine
4、,water,etc,andapplicablefordifferenttypesofsampletestssuchastheanUSmop,liver,watersamples,meat.3.AntibioticresistanceofSalmonellaisolates100salmonellaisolatesweretestedfortheirsensitivityto18antimicrobialagentsbythediskdiffusionmethodrecommendedbyClinicalandLaboratoryStandardInstitutein2007
5、.TheresultsshowedthatthelevelofantibioticresistanceofSalmonellaishigh,andthesituationofmultipleantibioticresistanceofSalmonellaisnotoptimistic.Although100salomnellaisolateswerehi曲lysensitivetocephalosporins,theywerestronglyresistanttonalidixicacid,tetracyclineandstreptomycin.Studiesondrug-r
6、esistantspectrumshowedthatthemulti-drugresistanceof100isolatesrangingfrom2resistanceto13resistance,mainlyconcentratedinthe2resistanceto5resistanceand13resistance,whichaccountedfor78.13%.Thesedatashowedthatinourcountry,thephenomenonofmulti-drugresistanceofSalmonellaisveryserious.Theisolatesw
7、erehighlyresistanttoabroadspectrumofdrugsinourstudy,especiallyfourSalmonellaisolatesresistanceto13kindsofantibiotics.Inthisstudy,isolatesfromdifferentsourcesshoweddifferentsensitivityleveltodifferenttypesofantimicrobial.Therefore,itisimportanttochooserat
