2、構(gòu)的距離)觀察和測量?結(jié)果:鼻小柱根部至蝶竇口下極及蝶腭孔的距離分別為(60.40?3.21,58.10?72.76)mm和(62.14±1.93,59.5O?73.40)mm;蝶腭孔至蝶竇口下極的距離為(12.20±l.lO,8.1O~16.35)mm,在蝶腭孔處蝶腭動脈的外徑為(1.99±0?13,l?50?2.80)mm;蝶竇口下極至鼻中隔后上動脈及鼻中隔后下動脈的距離分別為(3.49+0.24,2.78~5.20)mm和(6.42±1.08,4.3O~8.50)mm.結(jié)論:蝶竇口是經(jīng)蝶竇蝶鞍區(qū)手術(shù)的重要標(biāo)志;開放蝶竇時宜從蝶竇口內(nèi)
