2、顯的差異,P<0.05,微創(chuàng)組D-二聚體的動態(tài)變化低于開顱血腫清除組,P<0.05,微創(chuàng)引流組D-二聚體異常率明顯小于開顱血腫清除組,P<0.05。結論:高血壓腦出血的患者血清D-二聚體水平的變化與患者的治療方法相關性顯著,并與患者的預后存在關系。關鍵詞:D-二聚體;高血壓腦出血;手術;預后AbstractSerumD-dimerlevelsandhypertensiveintracerebralhemorrhageaftersurgeryprognosisObjective:ToanalyzeserumD-dimerlevelsandprognosisofhypertensi
