1、摘要高等學(xué)校建立輔導(dǎo)員制度是有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義高等教育的重要組成部分,輔導(dǎo)員是開(kāi)展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高等學(xué)校開(kāi)展思想政治工作的主力軍。高職院校做為我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,近些年的快速發(fā)展對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)提出了更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,同時(shí)也給輔導(dǎo)員工作帶來(lái)一系列挑戰(zhàn)與難題。以勝任力的視角來(lái)審視高職院校輔導(dǎo)員工作存在的問(wèn)題,這將勢(shì)必豐富該領(lǐng)域的研究。本文在對(duì)勝任力內(nèi)涵研究的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了勝任力理論的應(yīng)用和高職院校輔導(dǎo)員勝任力的內(nèi)涵和特征;同時(shí)結(jié)合社會(huì)發(fā)展需要、高職院校輔導(dǎo)員發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)以及高校
2、輔導(dǎo)員管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜合分析,全方位論證了高職院校輔導(dǎo)員勝任力研究的必要性和可行性;另外,從構(gòu)建完整的輔導(dǎo)員勝任力模型體系、塑造高職院校輔導(dǎo)員勝任力的校園文化和建立健全高職院校輔導(dǎo)員勝任力管理機(jī)制三個(gè)方面入手,將勝任力理論應(yīng)用于高職院校輔導(dǎo)員人力資源規(guī)劃、輔導(dǎo)員引進(jìn)、培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效考核、激勵(lì)和發(fā)展等整個(gè)流程,從而探索歸納出高職院校輔導(dǎo)員勝任力發(fā)展的策略,并希望本文能夠?yàn)楦呗氃盒]o導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)提供一些有益的理論參考和對(duì)策建議,從而為形成更為科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)的高職院校輔導(dǎo)員管理體系奠定基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:高職院校輔導(dǎo)員勝任
