2、果表明,經(jīng)亞硝酸和紫外線復(fù)合誘變得到一株產(chǎn)纖維素酶活較高的菌株Y-UA-18,其酶活力為10.57U,為原菌株產(chǎn)酶活力的1.67倍。通過正交試驗得到菌株Y-UA-18產(chǎn)酶最佳培養(yǎng)基為:秸稈粉1.0%、復(fù)合氮源0.6%、KH2PO40.1%、MgSO40.1%、NaCl0.08%;最佳培養(yǎng)條件為:初始pH值7.0、培養(yǎng)溫度30℃、發(fā)酵時間3d。通氣量對菌株Y-UA-18產(chǎn)酶影響不明顯,但在厭氧條件下發(fā)酵液酶活顯著降低,0.1%TW-80對菌株Y-UA-18的產(chǎn)酶沒有影響。關(guān)鍵詞:產(chǎn)黃纖維單胞菌;纖維素酶;誘
