4、causetheapplicationofagent—basedsocialsimulationisjustbeginning,teamisstilloutoftheeyesofmostresearchersofComputationalandmathematicalorganizationtheory.So,thispapermakesthreeimportantstudiesoftheoreticvalueandpracticesignificanceonthefrontofthisresearch:(1)Accordingtoartificials
5、ocietyandartificialorganization,Iproposetheconceptofartificialteamanddiscussthefoundationofartificialteam.(2)Accordingtotheartificialteam,Idevelopedonemodelthatisfirefightingandrescueartificialteam.(3)Usingthemodeloffirefightingandrescueartificialteam,Iperformedsomeresearchandfou
6、ndsomenewrelationshipbetweenteamdesignvariablesandteamperformance.Thesenewfindingsincludetwoaspects.Newfindingsaboutteammemberattributes:Memberattributescanbedividedtothreekinds:variableswithonequality,variableswithtwoqualities,andvariableswiththreequalities.Variableswithonequali
