1、修平學報 第㈩三期 民國㈨㈩㈤年㈨月HSIUPINGJOURNAL.VOL.13,pp.181-198(September2006)181使用灰關聯(lián)分析線切割加工多項功能之最佳化分析張福平、江可達摘要本文以灰關聯(lián)分析處理放電線切割之工件加工,製程中有關多重品質特性之調整影響因素,以求得最佳化參數(shù)。多重品質特性包含切削移除率(cuttingremovalrate),表面粗糙度(surfaceroughness)與成型尺寸精確度(thedimensionalaccuracyofform)。運用兩種不同圓弧半徑之圓弧加工,使用放電時間(ON),休止時間(OFF),短路放電(AN),短路休止時間(

4、rformancecharacteristicsinWDEMprocessincludethecuttingremovalrate,theprocessingsurfaceroughnessandthedimensionalaccuracyofform.Therearetwotypeofarchmachiningpathfordeterminingthedimensionalaccuracyofthefinishedpart.Inthisstudythevariousmachiningparameter,suchastheontimeofdischarging(ON),theofftime
5、ofdischarging(OFF),thearcontimeofdischarging(AN),thearcofftimeofdischarging(AFF),theservovoltage(SV),thewirefeed(WF)andthewaterflow(WL)wereconsidered.Theresponsetableandtheresponsegraphforeachlevelofthemachiningparametersareobtainedfromthegreyrelationalgrade,andselecttheoptimallevelsofmachiningpar
6、ameters.ExperimentalresultshaveobviouslyshownthattheaboveperformancecharacteristicsintheWEDMprocesscanbegreatlyimprovedtogether.Usingtheanalysisofvariance(ANOVA),thenoticeableandunnoticeablevariablefactorsareeffectivelyrecognizedtodecreasingtry-errortimeandconsumingcostinthestateofincreasingqualit
