2、脈注射造影劑后再做橫軸位和矢狀位T1加權(quán)掃描,部分加做了橫軸位和矢狀位的短反轉(zhuǎn)恢復(fù)(STIR),所有病例均做了常規(guī)尿道造影,并都有外科手術(shù)評(píng)估。結(jié)果!所有患者的常規(guī)尿道造影都有尿道狹窄。但是不能明確瘢痕的位置及瘢痕量。MRI證實(shí)了所有患者的尿道或尿道周?chē)鸟:?與手術(shù)結(jié)果完全符合。7例患者在手術(shù)后進(jìn)行了MRI復(fù)查。發(fā)現(xiàn)有5例瘢痕復(fù)發(fā),2例未見(jiàn)異常。5例因?yàn)榘Y狀持續(xù)而再次手術(shù),手術(shù)結(jié)果與磁共振發(fā)現(xiàn)吻合。結(jié)論!MRI可以診斷男性尿道及尿道周?chē)鸟:?不僅可以顯示瘢痕形態(tài),更可以顯示瘢痕量。隨著掃描技術(shù)的不斷改進(jìn),MRI對(duì)
