2、摘要]企業(yè)流程再造理論可以有效的提升企業(yè)競爭力，它是對企業(yè)整個流程進(jìn)行徹底的變革，不是孤立地進(jìn)行的，要求同時對企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行變革，組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變革應(yīng)以顧客需求為導(dǎo)向，充分利用信息技術(shù)，在組織形式上達(dá)到能迅速響應(yīng)環(huán)境變化、便于管理層注重整體利益以及員工能人盡其才的要求，本文簡單介紹了企業(yè)流程再造的產(chǎn)生和概念，企業(yè)流程再造的方法，基本原則，主要程序，企業(yè)流程再造實(shí)施中的誤區(qū)，提出了企業(yè)流程再造的結(jié)果：產(chǎn)生了新的組織形式——流程型組織，以及企業(yè)流程再造的未來前景。[關(guān)鍵詞]企業(yè)流程再造組織變革________________________
