1、本科畢業(yè)論文(20屆)紫薯花色苷的提取及抗氧化性研究專業(yè):應用化學10摘要:本文主要研究了紫薯花色苷的提取及抗氧化性,著重對紫甘薯花色苷的抗氧化性的研究。本實驗通過超聲輔助有機溶劑浸提紫薯中的生物活性成分,通過柱層析分離,對提取物進行分離,獲得紫薯花色苷,并對初制得到的紫薯花色苷進行紅外譜圖分析,初步鑒定其成分。在此基礎上,通過DPPH自由基清除體系、鄰苯三酚自氧化體系以及亞硝胺阻斷體系考查紫薯花色苷對DPPH自由基、超氧自由基以及亞硝酸鹽的清除能力,實驗結果表明超聲輔助熱浸提適用于紫薯花色苷的提取,而且提取所得的紫薯花色管具有良好的
