1、中文摘要目的本研究旨在觀察運(yùn)用針刺法結(jié)合吞咽障礙治療儀治療腦出血后吞咽障礙，評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效，進(jìn)而探討出一種起效快，療程短的安全有效的治療方法。方法木研究腦出血后吞咽障礙的患者50例選自武警后勤學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院的住院患者，均為自愿參加觀察，患者及家屬均知情同意。采用SAS軟件產(chǎn)牛的隨機(jī)數(shù)字，將患者分為針刺組、針刺結(jié)合吞咽障礙治療儀組（簡(jiǎn)稱結(jié)合組），每組各25例。兩組患者在神經(jīng)內(nèi)科對(duì)癥治療的基礎(chǔ)上，分別釆用針刺法和針刺結(jié)合吞咽障礙治療儀法治療，1次/天，14天為1個(gè)療程，分別評(píng)估兩組患者治療前、治療1周后及2周后的變化。觀察洼田氏飲水試驗(yàn)評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的動(dòng)態(tài)
2、變化，評(píng)價(jià)吞咽障礙改善程度（評(píng)分減少表明吞咽障礙程度恢復(fù)）；根據(jù)腦卒中患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的吞咽困難亞量表，評(píng)估吞咽障礙改善程度（評(píng)分增加表明吞咽障礙程度減輕）。結(jié)果50例腦岀血后吞咽障礙患者均進(jìn)入結(jié)果分析，未有脫落病人。采用洼田氏飲水試驗(yàn)評(píng)分，兩組經(jīng)治療后，均能降低洼田氏飲水試驗(yàn)評(píng)分；治療1周后差值比較，P>0.05,差異無(wú)顯著性意義；治療2周后差值比較，PV0.01,差異具有顯著性意義，針刺結(jié)合吞咽障礙治療儀法優(yōu)于針刺法。采用吞咽困難亞量表評(píng)估吞咽障礙程度評(píng)分，兩組經(jīng)治療后，均能增加分值；治療1周后及2周后差值比較，P<0.01,
