1、非金屬樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù)后牙殘根殘冠的臨床觀察非金屬樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù)后牙殘根殘冠的臨床觀察[摘要]目的:探討纖維樁核系統(tǒng)與氧化錯(cuò)陶瓷樁核系統(tǒng)在治療后牙殘根殘冠方而的臨床效果,評(píng)價(jià)非金屬樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù)后牙殘根殘冠的治療情況。方法:選擇94例患者102顆后牙殘根殘冠,經(jīng)完善根管治療后,54顆采用纖維樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù),48顆采用氧化錯(cuò)陶瓷樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù)。隨訪2?3年后對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:本組94例(102顆患牙),纖維樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù)成功率為90.7%,氧化鉗陶瓷樁核系統(tǒng)修復(fù)成功率為89.6%o兩種樁核冠修復(fù)方法在臨床效果上無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(x2檢驗(yàn):卩>0?01)o結(jié)論:纖維樁核系統(tǒng)與

7、tandcoresystems;posteriorresidualrootandcrown,clinicalobservation傳統(tǒng)的金屬樁核冠以其精確度高,固位力強(qiáng),不易折斷等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于修復(fù)后牙的殘根殘冠。然而,隨著磁共振成像技術(shù)(MagneticResonanceImaging,MIR)的廣泛應(yīng)用,因檢查而拆除口內(nèi)金屬修復(fù)體的病例越來(lái)越多,非金屬樁核系統(tǒng)由于其良好的物理性能和生物相容性,開始進(jìn)入牙科領(lǐng)域。我科自2003?2010年,對(duì)94例患者,102顆患牙行纖維樁核冠或氧化皓陶瓷樁核冠修復(fù),取得良好效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1資料和方法1.1一般資料:
