1、本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）（二0一一屆） 畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）我國上市公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的實(shí)證分析本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）摘要：資本結(jié)構(gòu)是金融理論的一個重要組成部分，對資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的系統(tǒng)研究始于20世紀(jì)70年代，學(xué)者們從不同的角度對其影響因素進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)證研究。資本結(jié)構(gòu)問題是上市公司所要面臨的首要問題,即企業(yè)的資金籌集以及資金構(gòu)成問題,這既是一個重要的實(shí)踐問題,又是一個重要的理論問題,因?yàn)檫@關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存以及發(fā)展,合理的資本結(jié)構(gòu)能增加公司的市場價值并促進(jìn)公司在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中良性循環(huán),而不合理的資本結(jié)構(gòu)會減少公司的價值并影響公司的健康發(fā)展甚至導(dǎo)致公司破
2、產(chǎn)。因此,全面回顧與系統(tǒng)梳理了國內(nèi)外資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的實(shí)證發(fā)現(xiàn),并對我國在這一領(lǐng)域的研究局限進(jìn)行剖析,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以房地產(chǎn)上市公司數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),在考慮數(shù)據(jù)可觀測性和可獲得性的前提下,運(yùn)用多種統(tǒng)計方法（主成分分析、逐步回歸分析,多元線性回歸分析法等），對上市公司進(jìn)行資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素(主要是財務(wù)因素)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,試圖為國內(nèi)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)決定因素提供詳盡的最新實(shí)證研究證據(jù),并為企業(yè)財務(wù)決策提供支持。關(guān)鍵詞：資本結(jié)構(gòu)；房地產(chǎn)；影響因素；主成分分析本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）CapitalStructureofListedCompaniesinChina
