2、屑為主料、麩皮為輔料的培養(yǎng)基配方,通過制作菌袋、脫袋覆土、出菇管理與采收等環(huán)節(jié),比較各配方金福菇的產(chǎn)量、生物學(xué)效率及投入產(chǎn)出比。【結(jié)果】利用桑枝屑為豐料栽培金福菇,各配方均能正常出菇,但金福菇的產(chǎn)量與桑枝屑、麩皮的配比有關(guān);配方③(桑枝屑80%,麩皮17%,糖、石膏、磷肥各l%)的鮮菇產(chǎn)量、生物學(xué)效率及投入產(chǎn)出比均最高,其余配方金福菇的生物學(xué)效率雖不及對照,fH投入產(chǎn)出比均高于對照?!窘Y(jié)論】利用桑枝屑為主料栽培金福菇可以降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效益,適宜在廣西桑蠶主產(chǎn)區(qū)大力推廣應(yīng)用。但生產(chǎn)上需注意培養(yǎng)料的碳氮比,以實(shí)現(xiàn)食用菌優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)栽培。關(guān)鍵詞:金福菇;培養(yǎng)基篩
