1、全國中文核心期刊新癯建巍粉料中國科技核心期刊響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化微波輻射馬來酸酐高效減水劑的合成工藝羅應(yīng)1,李彥青2,陸志龍1,孔紅星2,王勤為2,李利軍-,z(1.廣西科技大學(xué)鹿山學(xué)院,廣西柳州545616;2.廣西科技大學(xué)生物與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院,廣西柳州545006)摘要:利用馬來酸酐共軛結(jié)構(gòu)易共聚、難均聚的特點(diǎn),以馬來酸酐(MAH)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG一2400)、甲基丙烯磺酸鈉(SMAS)為原料,結(jié)合微波輻射高效清潔優(yōu)勢,在單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,采用響應(yīng)面法對(duì)高效減水劑制備工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,制備出分子結(jié)構(gòu)含有陰離子基團(tuán)一C00一、一S0
2、3_及長側(cè)鏈聚氧乙烯基的高性能陰離子型馬來酸酐類高效減水劑。結(jié)果表明,于最佳工藝條件下制備的高效減水劑,當(dāng)折固摻量為0.15%、0.3%、0.5%時(shí),水泥凈漿流動(dòng)度分別為305、312、326mm,且折固摻量0.3%時(shí)砂漿減水率達(dá)35.4%。該工藝高效節(jié)能、反應(yīng)過程易控,產(chǎn)品分散性能良好,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)高效減水劑低成本化和綠色化生產(chǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:馬來酸酐;高效減水劑;響應(yīng)面法;微波輻射中圖分類號(hào):TU528.042.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001—702X(2017)02—0015—05Optimizationofmicrowave-a
