2、年3月到2013年3月期間在我院住院進(jìn)行剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)產(chǎn)婦60例作為研究對(duì)象。隨機(jī)分為左旋布比卡因組與布比卡因組，觀察兩組患者的麻醉效果以及術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)中左旋布比卡因和布比卡因的蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔注射麻醉后的5min和7min后MAP值與麻醉前比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。左旋布比卡因和布比卡因的蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔注射麻醉后的5min、7min、10min以及15minHR值比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。左旋布比卡因和布比卡因的蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔注射麻醉后Bromage評(píng)分0分時(shí)間
