3、turedhumanmnbilicalveinendotheliumcell(HUVEC).MethodsHUVECwasintervenedwithdiferentconcentrationsofOX—LDL:HUVECculturedweredividedintocontrolgroup,andOx—LDL50mg/L,lOOmg/Land200mg/Linterventiongroups,24hoursafterbeinggivenoxidizedLDL,theexpressionofConnexindOgene
4、mRNAofculturedHUVECwasdetectedwithRT-PCR;Forinter—ventionwithsameconcentrationofOX—LDLbutdiferenttime,HUVECweredividedinto6groups,theyallwereintervenedwithOX—LDL50mg/Lbutintervenedfor0hour(controlgroup),6hours,12hours,24hours,48hoursand72hours,respectively;while
