6、清(青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,青島266109)【摘要l目的探討大豆異黃酮sI—I抑制HeLa細(xì)胞生長機制。方法HeLa細(xì)胞經(jīng)過10,20,and40btg/ml的大豆異黃酮sI—I處理4d后,采用倒置顯微鏡和透射電鏡觀察其形態(tài)學(xué)變化,利用流式細(xì)胞儀檢測細(xì)胞周期分布,通過激光掃描共聚焦顯微鏡觀察細(xì)胞中[ca】濃度。結(jié)果倒置顯微鏡觀察到HeLa細(xì)胞數(shù)量明顯變少,細(xì)胞嚴(yán)重變形。透射電鏡觀察到HeLa細(xì)胞發(fā)生凋亡形態(tài)學(xué)變化。流式細(xì)胞儀分析發(fā)現(xiàn)HeLa細(xì)胞周期阻滯于G/G或G/M期,細(xì)胞凋亡率隨sI—I濃度的增加而上升。激
