1、濟(jì)三選煤廠降低介耗生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐馬士忠,陳建平,劉新國(guó),金吉元,任振東(兗州I煤業(yè)股份有限公司濟(jì)三選煤廠,山東濟(jì)寧272069)摘要:分析了濟(jì)三選煤廠重介選煤工藝,說(shuō)明選煤廠主要存在煤泥水分高,一段底流煤泥量大、洗水濃度高,煤泥重介旋流器入料不穩(wěn)、介質(zhì)回收率偏低等問(wèn)題。通過(guò)分析選煤廠水介耗、精中矸磁選機(jī)入料和尾礦磁性物含量,說(shuō)明脫介篩篩板孔徑偏大,篩子噴水壓力不夠,篩子噴嘴易堵,精、中磁選機(jī)入料不穩(wěn),介質(zhì)質(zhì)量差是造成選煤廠介耗高的主要原因。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,濟(jì)三選煤廠通過(guò)調(diào)整脫介篩篩板孔徑,增加脫介篩噴水壓力,改造脫介篩噴嘴,改造煤泥重介旋流器和
2、保證介質(zhì)質(zhì)量合格等對(duì)選煤廠重介生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了改造。結(jié)果表明:改造完成后,濟(jì)三選煤廠水介耗明顯降低,與2010年相比,2011年6月選煤廠水耗由0.055kg/t降至0.045kg/t;介耗由2.710kg/t降至1.424kg/t,減少了1.286kg/t,每年可節(jié)約介質(zhì)1286t,節(jié)省介質(zhì)費(fèi)用194萬(wàn)元。關(guān)鍵詞:介耗;重介旋流器;脫介篩;磁選機(jī);煤泥中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TD94文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1006—6772(2012)04—0016—04MediumconsumptionreductioninJisancoalpreparatio

8、礦井煤質(zhì)變化,滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)對(duì)精煤產(chǎn)品的跳汰全入選2種方式卜。由于市場(chǎng)對(duì)濟(jì)三2號(hào)精需求,提高選煤廠經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,2008年,濟(jì)三選煤廠采煤需求量的增大,對(duì)動(dòng)力煤需求量的減少以及礦井用了更高分選效率的重介選煤工藝。20
