2、品進(jìn)行擴(kuò)增，共得到138個(gè)?晰的擴(kuò)增位點(diǎn)，其中多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)135個(gè)，多態(tài)位點(diǎn)百分率為97.83%，在物種水平上的遺傳多樣性較為豐富.群體遺傳多樣性分析結(jié)果表明，6個(gè)群體的多態(tài)位點(diǎn)百分率在61.59%~72.46%之間，基因多樣性指數(shù)和Shannon’s信息指數(shù)分別在0.1043~0.1766和0.1789~0.2808之間，其中ND群體的多樣性指數(shù)最低.群體間遺傳分化、遺傳距離和聚類結(jié)構(gòu)顯示，ND群體和TZ群體親緣關(guān)系最近，首先聚為一支，之后依次與CM群體及HG群體和HY群體聚類，最后與ZH群體聚在一起，表明地理位置較遠(yuǎn)的群體，遺傳距離也較遠(yuǎn).圖2表5參27關(guān)鍵詞縊蟶；群體
