2、品進(jìn)行擴(kuò)增,共得到138個(gè)?晰的擴(kuò)增位點(diǎn),其中多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)135個(gè),多態(tài)位點(diǎn)百分率為97.83%,在物種水平上的遺傳多樣性較為豐富.群體遺傳多樣性分析結(jié)果表明,6個(gè)群體的多態(tài)位點(diǎn)百分率在61.59%~72.46%之間,基因多樣性指數(shù)和Shannon’s信息指數(shù)分別在0.1043~0.1766和0.1789~0.2808之間,其中ND群體的多樣性指數(shù)最低.群體間遺傳分化、遺傳距離和聚類結(jié)構(gòu)顯示,ND群體和TZ群體親緣關(guān)系最近,首先聚為一支,之后依次與CM群體及HG群體和HY群體聚類,最后與ZH群體聚在一起,表明地理位置較遠(yuǎn)的群體,遺傳距離也較遠(yuǎn).圖2表5參27關(guān)鍵詞縊蟶;群體
