1、麻醉與鎮(zhèn)痛·2014年6月第4卷第11期地佐辛預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合全麻蘇醒期痛覺過敏作用的臨床觀察展?jié)醌I(xiàn)春王偉安徽省淮南新康醫(yī)院麻醉科，安徽淮南232007[摘要】目的觀察地佐辛是否有預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合全麻蘇醒期疼痛過敏的作用。方法選取擇期行腹腔鏡下膽囊切除手術(shù)(Lc)患者60例，美國麻醉醫(yī)師協(xié)會(ASA)分級I～Ⅱ級，按數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為對照組3O例、觀察組30例。對照組在瑞芬太尼停藥前后不給任何鎮(zhèn)痛藥物，觀察組在瑞芬太尼停藥前15min靜脈注射地佐辛10mg。記錄兩組患者蘇醒即刻(T1)、蘇醒后(T2)HR、
2、MAP及蘇醒時間，并采用Prince—henry疼痛評分法對患者進(jìn)行手術(shù)后疼痛評分。結(jié)果兩組患者蘇醒時間差異無統(tǒng)}十學(xué)意義(P>0．05)。觀察組HR、MAP在T1、時間點均無明顯變化(P均>0．05)，對照組HR、MAP在T2時間點明顯高于T1(P<0．05)，觀察組HR、MAP在T2時間點均明顯低于對照組(P均<0．05)，觀察組手術(shù)后疼痛評分明顯低于對照組(P<0．01o結(jié)論地佐辛可以預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合全麻蘇醒期疼痛過敏，減少瑞芬太尼復(fù)合全麻蘇醒期不良反應(yīng)。[關(guān)鍵詞】地佐辛；瑞芬太尼；痛覺過敏；不良反應(yīng)
