2、,分為BCC組與PMMA組,每組6只。PMMA組:經(jīng)豬肺動(dòng)脈干注入2mlPMMA骨水泥;BCC組:經(jīng)豬肺動(dòng)脈干注入2mlBCC骨水泥。分別于骨水泥注入后的10rain、20min、30min、40min、50min、60rain等不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)監(jiān)測平均動(dòng)脈壓(MABP)、平均肺動(dòng)脈壓(MPAP)與心率(HR)。[結(jié)果]豬肺栓塞模型成功后,BCC組于注入骨水泥后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)的MABP、HR下降幅度以及MPAP的升高幅度均小于PMMA組,具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.O1)。[結(jié)論]較之PMMA骨水泥,BCC骨水泥致實(shí)驗(yàn)豬肺栓塞后血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化較為平緩,具有較好的安全性。關(guān)鍵詞:硫酸鈣
