2、對(duì)患者組Thl類細(xì)胞因子與Th2類細(xì)胞因子變化的相關(guān)性和升高率以及骨髓細(xì)胞免疫活化狀況與細(xì)胞因子變化的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果89例患者血清IL一4、IL一6和IFN一呈現(xiàn)不同程度明顯升高(P<0.01),其中IFN一顯著高于正常對(duì)照組,分別為(38.75±3.67)pg/ml和(8.69.4-1.68)pg/ml?;颊逿hl活化相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子的升高率與Th2活化相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子的升高率相比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論IFN一的變化與IRH/IRP者細(xì)胞免疫活化密切相關(guān),IL一4和IL一6可能參與與IRI-I/IRP體液免疫
