1、聽力學及言語疾病雜志2015年第23卷第1期37礞床辯競高膽紅素血癥新生兒血清膽紅素水平與聽力損失程度的相關(guān)性分析姜蘇敏劉世琳張莉劉衛(wèi)一焦雪梅【摘要】目的探討高膽紅素血癥新生兒聽力損失程度與血清膽紅素水平的相關(guān)性。方法對7O例足月出生、體重正常、確診為高膽紅素血癥的新生兒進行血清膽紅素水平及聽性腦干反應(ABR)檢測，并對其血清膽紅素水平、黃疸出現(xiàn)時間與ABR反應閾進行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果70例患兒中ABR反應閾正常17例，異常53例，其中重度聽力損失27例；當血清膽紅素<342“mol／L時，黃疸出現(xiàn)時間≤48小時組出現(xiàn)重度聽力損失的比例高于黃疸出現(xiàn)時
2、間>48小時組(P48小時組輕中度、重度聽力損失者比例無明顯差異。ABR反應閾異常的53例患兒中，血清膽紅素水平與ABR反應閾呈正相關(guān)(r一0．041)，而黃疸出現(xiàn)的時間與ABR反應閾呈負相關(guān)(r一一0．291)。結(jié)論高膽紅素血癥新生兒黃疸出現(xiàn)的時間越早聽力損傷的可能性越大，血清膽紅素值越高聽力損失程度越重?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】足月新生兒；黃疸；血清膽紅素；聽力損失DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1006—7299．2015．01．010網(wǎng)絡出版時間：2014—10—2811
